I contacted emallgroup about their return policy. THey took the bluetooth but never refunded my money. I purchased a bluetooth for my cell phone however it wouldn't work with my particular phone. THey gave me a return address so I sent it back to them requesting a refund.
Sound is wonderful, no one knows you are on a headset. Works great. Highly recommend.
It will still turn on and answer your calls. I'm very satisfied. If not, than this one is definitely worth buying. And it doesn't matter if you shut it off completely. If you carry it with you in your pocket, it will constantly pick up your calls. It might even make a couple on its own too. I keep it in my car and I bring it in when I get home at night.
Seriously. I just don't carry it around anymore, so I'm very happy with it. I answered my phone a lot and I didn't hear anything. The sound, ease of use, everything. There is only one super annoyance. It wasn't until I realized I heard a voice coming out of my pocket that I understood what was happening.
Very frustrating. BUT.if you're gonna carry it in your pocket a lot, buy a different brand. It's all around great. Because of how the button is situated it's inevitable. Otherwise, it's fantastic.
